The Future Players Basketball Camp, led by Varsity Boys’ Basketball Coach Mario Mays, is a high-energy summer camp designed to help young athletes build confidence, improve skills, and develop a strong understanding of the game. This four-day youth basketball camp focuses on teaching players what it truly means to be a successful basketball player by emphasizing fundamentals, teamwork, and game awareness in a fun and competitive environment. Campers participate in daily, structured training sessions that include proper stretching, court movement, layups, defensive skills, and the importance of playing strong defense. Players also work on repetitive shooting drills to improve form and confidence, along with live game play through 1-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on-3, 4-on-4, and 5-on-5 competitions. Designed to build a solid foundation, the Future Players Camp helps young athletes grow their skills, understanding, and love for the game.
