Gear up, young champions, and kick high! Let the martial arts games begin! Ninja fun or game activities with a martial arts twist are incorporated! Karate camp students begin each day with yoga to enhance flexibility and meditation to further focus the mind. Additional exercises for strength, balance, and agility are learned and practiced. Martial arts disciplines of Karate, Jujitsu, and Kung Fu are taught for beginners and for practitioners who want extra practice.
